In 2004, our technical manager, Dr. Antoine Guillemin, in the category “sustainable development”, received the D.N. Chorafas price for his excellent graduation work at the ETH Lausanne.

The Dimitris N. Chorafas donation distinguishes unusual scientific work with the award of prices. For awarding a price unusual scientific doctorate work with imaginative power, innovation potential, practical results and long-term effects of the research results is decisive.

Switch Award 2006

 Adhoco AG was awarded a "honorary mention" for its product and for the innovative use of Internet technologies by SWITCH in 2006..

On behalf the universities and technical universities in Switzerland, SWITCH is responsible for the coordination of the World Wide Web in Switzerland.

Red Dot Design Award

Adhoco AG has been awarded by the famous Red Dot Design in 2007. This was possible mainly thanks to the cooperation with  Meyer-Hayoz Design Engineering, an innovative company for industrial design at the Technopark Winterthur.

The international “red dot design award” ranks among the largest and most renowned design competitions in the world. It is devided into the “red dot award: product design”, the “red dot award: communication design” and the “red dot award: design concept.” The numbers speak for themselves: the red dot design award attracted almost 6,000 submissions from 52 countries in 2006 alone. The award-winning products are put before an international public in the red dot design museum.

The award is as a seal of quality; it stands for membership of the best in design and business.

The trade fair "Immo-Messe Schweiz" (www.immomesse.ch) offers a prize for the best solution for more energy efficiency and environmental technology.
