History
Adhoco has a long history. It all began in 1992, when the first concepts about self-learning homes were designed.

Jim Bodmer, founder and owner of HTS High Technology Systems, starts working on the product concept and patents for the "private home" market segment. |

J. Bodmer sells HTS and dedicates all his time to work more intensively on Home Automation. |
| February 2003 |
J. Bodmer brings knowledge and patents into the newly founded Adhoco AG. Co-founder Dr. Thomas Schumann, who worked many years in environmental protection and building engineering sector, enriches the project with technical and management experience. |

In a completion of this founding team, Dr. A. Guillemin, who wrote an awarded thesis at the EPF Lausanne in the field of auto-adaptive systems in buildings, enters the company. |

For the first time, Adhoco's products can be seen in public (home construction and energy efficiency fair, Bern). |

At Zurich's "Construction and Retrofitting" fair, the market entry of Adhoco's solution is celebrated. |

For the first time, Adhoco presents its products abroad (European Energy Saving Fair, Wels, Austria). |
